These Terms govern your use of manifestationguide.net and digital products offered by Neelan Inc, a Florida corporation (“Neelan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and purchases
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that purchase and contact information you provide is accurate. Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Products are digital; nothing is shipped unless expressly stated.
Digital-product license
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, and print the purchased guide for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share download links, reproduce or distribute the files, post them publicly, resell them, create competing products from them, remove ownership notices, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The website, guides, worksheets, videos, designs, branding, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Neelan Inc and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you.
No promised results
The guides are educational personal-development tools. We do not guarantee health improvements, financial results, employment, promotions, clients, income, or any other outcome. Results vary and depend on your circumstances, choices, effort, and factors outside our control.
Acceptable use and community access
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or violate applicable law. Any community access is a revocable benefit subject to posted group rules. We may moderate content or remove access for harassment, spam, solicitation, unsafe advice, infringement, or other harmful conduct.
Third-party services
Payments, hosting, advertising, community features, and other functions may be provided by third parties such as Stripe, Cloudflare, and Meta. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neelan Inc and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from decisions made using the products. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
